Turn your shower into a spa-like aromatherapy experience at home with our aromatherapy shower steamers. These shower steamers are made to slowly dissolve and release amazing aroma into the air. The soothing air can oftentimes help with stress, lighten fatigue and boost your mentality at the start or the end of your day.

How to use:
- Remove one pre-baked shower steamer/disc from the package. Add 3-5 drops essential oil directly to the disc and let them soak in.
- Place your steamer with added essential oils in the back of shower outside of the direct water spray.
- Inhale to enjoy the aroma of the essential oils.
- One steamer can last 2-3 showers if not placed directly in the water stream.
- Do not use these steamers like bath bombs since there is no carrier oil for the essential oil.
